1. Design Proposal

2. 3D Modeling

After define the design specification, then we can proceed the 3D model of a glass bottle. Please provide a technical drawing / CAD-style sketch. feel free to send us and we will use that to generate the 3D model.

3. Custom Mold

Glass bottle molds are produced using a variety of methods, including machining, casting, and 3D printing, depending on the desired complexity and production volume. The molds consist of two main parts: the blank mold and the blow mold. 

4. Sample Production

According to the mold trial production samples, our quality manage department will check whether the shape, appearance, details and other aspects of the glass bottle samples are consistent with the design. If there is any problem, adjust the mold immediately and reproduce the sample.

5. Mass Production

After the sample confirmation, our production department will proceed with mass manufacturing once the mold is proven to be correction. We strictly follow the quality management system to make sure every glass bottle meets the customer's quality requirements.

6. Quality Control

We are glass bottle manufacturer approved by ISO9001 standard with SGS/TUV/Intertek-certified glass bottles and jars. Our quality departments control the quality strictly throughout the glass bottles manufacturing process to ensure the finished product meets the customers' requirements.
